The Premium linear LED module range can achieve 197 lumen per watt in efficacy for better energy saving and targeting DLC Premium in lighting fixtures. It allows a lower power consumption, the ease in thermal management, and longer LED and system lifetime. The options of 90 CRI, high R9, and 2.5 SDCM color consistency are ideal for lighting applications with higher requirements such as retail, hospitality, and healthcare.
The Economy linear LED module range provides an alternate platform that can deliver the standard lighting performance with affordable pricing. Both Premium and Economy portfolios cover a range of module lengths from 5.5 inches to 44 inches with 20mm width that can be easily paired and designed-in for recessed, linear, troffer, panel, pendant, and suspended LED luminaires. The linear module family also provides a cuttable version for design freedom and SKU reduction, tunable white for human centric lighting, and edge-lit modules for advanced light guide in thin panels.
All SpekLED® Linears are manufactured at our Woburn MA facility. SpekLED® LED products have a 50,000 hour life expectancy under typical conditions and are covered by a 5-year warranty.

Made-in-USA LED Module Assembly
Fusion Optix has invested heavily in state-of-the-art equipment for in-house assembly of LED engines at it’s factory in Woburn MA. This includes 8 automated “pick-and-place” PCB assembly machines housed in a Class10,000 cleanroom. The equipment has been designed to work with the latest LED packages and can also be used for placing AC power and control electronics on board. Capable of PCB assembly up to 4ft lengths. In addition Fusion Optix has 2m integrating sphere and a range of quality control equipment to implement its proprietary SureBIN™ technology.
