Fusion Optix MicroTEK™ product family of beam shaping profiles and materials is based upon a unique and patented platform of planar micro-optic technologies. MicroTEK™ technology enables the encoding of a range of typical refractive, diffractive and scattering functions into optics that are both thin and flat. This innovative approach provides OEMs developing LED fixtures a wide range of light management properties with easy to implement snap-in or slide-in features.

Fusion Optix ColorTune™ technology expands the reach of light management into color management and wavelength conversion. ColorTune™ enables superior color control and precise wavelength conversion combined with high efficiency diffusion, reflection and transmission properties.  Phosphors and quantum dots (QDs), when added, provide new levels of color control and spectral customization. Suited to either UV/Blue or White LED pump sources.

The Fusion Optix LEDMate™ On-Board Optics range is designed to focus, spread, reflect or otherwise modify light outputs from LED boards. On-Board Optics are typically used in LED lighting applications where space is a constraint or where tight control of the LED output is required. LEDMate™ works with high-power and mid-power LED packages. Various beam focusing options are possible are possible using simple inter-changeable optics that sit on top of a line of LEDs.

Fusion Optix ReflecTEK™ Optics products offer total reflection efficiency of over 97% in white, metallic, diffuse and specula materials. The product range also includes transflective materials that are capable of simultaneously transmitting and reflecting light. The ReflecTEK™ Optics range also includes thermoformed and extruded reflective components and profiles. These provide an easy to mount, snap-in or slide-in solution for LED lighting.
